      Monthly WordPress maintenance can vary in cost from a few hundred dollars per month for a basic plan, to a few thousand for more advanced plans that include consulting and custom development work. Custom plans can be created to fit the unique needs of your business.

    • How long does WordPress maintenance take?

      It really depends on the site. Simple sites are extremely easy to update, so much so that it's just a push button process. One the other hand, highly customized sites or WooCommerce sites may have custom update processes, that need to be carefully developed and implemented, and can take hours to perform. However, no matter how complicated the process is, they should all be done with no downtime for the site itself.

    • Do you manage WooCommerce websites too?

      Yes we do! We are WooCommerce experts. We manage and develop tons of WooCommerce sites for our customers in a variety of industries. Some of these sites have highly customized checkout processes, or various business models that don't quite fit the WooCommerce mold.       In all plans, we include the basics you need to keep your site updated, secured and fully backed up. As you move up in our plan structure, we add in custom development hours, speed optimization, and other consulting services.

    • How does your maintenance retainer work?

      It's really simple. Depending on your plan, each month you have a certain number of hours that you can use for maintenance or custom work. If you don't use those hours they roll over to the next month. We'll let you know each month what your hours are, and give you estimates for any support tasks you have in our system. That way you can budget your hours and task as needed. As always, if you ever need to cancel your plan, we refund any unused hours. There's absolutely no obligation.

    • What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?

      Simply put: we fix it. Sometimes this can happen when plugins get extremely out of date, or are very customized. No problem. We got you covered. Our developers can pinpoint the problem, and figure out a workaround, as well as preventing the update error from happening again. It's all in a days work here at Curious Minds.

    • Do you offer web hosting?

      No. We leave that up to people who do that best. We believe in client ownership of their own projects. That way, we don't get in the way if you ever want to move to a new host, or need someone else to work on your site. We do however, work with some pretty amazing hosting companies, and can give you plan recommendations based on your site and business goals. For our ENTERPRISE plan clients, we also manage communication, and co-ordinate with the hosting companies as needed on behalf of our clients.

    • Do you offer discounts for managing more than one site?

      You can add more than one website to our ENTERPRISE plans. When you customize an ENTERPRISE plan, you get to choose the number of hours you would like to spend per month with us. If its over 10 hours per month, we offer a pretty significant discount for our services. We want your business to thrive. When you succeed, we all do.

    • How many support requests can I submit each month?

      As many as you like. You plan size determines the pace at which we can work on your support requests. Need to book more work than your current plan? Level up to our ENTERPRISE plan, and you can have a dedicated development team. Talk about getting things done!

    • What's your refund policy?

      We offer no-obligation WordPress maintenance plans. If you are not satisfied with our work, or you need to cancel your plan, just let us know and we will refund any unused portion of your monthly maintenance retainer, no questions asked.

    • Do you offer plugin support?

      Yes. This is one of the core features of our service. We will update and maintain all of your plugin, and keep your site running smoothly. Can't get something to work right? We offer custom plugin development services as well.

    • Does my subscription cover theme and plugin license renewals?

      We like to empower our clients. That means that you will need to pay for any theme or plugin licenses. That way, no matter what developer you wind up using, you have the keys to your own site. (If you are forgetful, we will totally help you keep any license keys secure.)

    • Can I create a custom plan?

      Absolutely and wholeheartedly, yes! We can support custom plans for any number of site or hours per month. Do you need a bunch of remediation and then want to drop down to a lower plan? We can cover that too.

    • What if I don't use all of my plan hours?

      If you've got extra plan hours, they roll over to the next month. If we notice that you're not consistently using plan hours, we always recommend reducing the cost of your plan. Customer first.

    • Do you allow for month-to-month plans?

      All of our plans can be purchased monthly or annually, and you can cancel or switch at any time, there's no obligation.

    • What happens if my site goes down?

      We monitor all sites in our care 24/7, and once we are maintaining your site, our aim is to make it bulletproof. In the unlikely event that your site goes down, our developers are notified immediately, and begin working on the issue.

    • Will you help me select the plugins I need?

      Sure can. As you can imagine, our developers have maintained plugins on hundreds of websites. We know what works and what to expect ...and if you cant find the right plugin, we can buid one for you from scratch.

    • How many sites are covered in a single maintenance plan?

      The BASE and ESSENTIAL plans cover one website each. ENTERPRISE plans can be configured to cover any number of sites

      We accept all major credit cards, as well as ACH bank transfers. Some services we offer may require you to have a card on file with us.
